Nothing wrong with that, is there?
There are thoughts and stories about Jesus Christ being born, touching stories, emotional and cruel but also the appearance of three stars ..
It is those I like to write about.
Apart from the fact that my knowledge of the Bible is not that good, I remember being fascinated by the stories I heard and read about its contents. You may recollect, that I am a lover of books and especially as a child I read simply everything.
The last time I went into a Christian church is years ago on Christmas eve and what I remember about that vividly, was my reaction to the sermon that was given. It was an opinionated view on refugees and I was shocked and hurt.
It hurt so much that I sat crying in there until it was time to leave.
Coming outside there was another shock .. there was singing, right across that church.
There was an open-air meeting organized by the citizens of the town to share the feeling of Christmas with people who were far away from their home countries. There was music, there was poetry, the were fire pots everywhere because it was so cold and there was such love and in my heart I felt the love and guidance of those three stars, freely translated by me as:
Star of Hope
Star of Guidance
Star of Purity and Tolerance
I decided then and there that my need for Spirituality could not be fulfilled in the "old" way anymore, that I had to find it elsewhere. That I could and should not be dictated by anyone else about what to believe in .. The only place I could find peace was within me .. There was some serious soul searching to do.

Lovely story, not surprising that you found the spirit of Christmas outside an establishment, as it's within our hearts.
