Tip for April 2021
“Accept any moment as if you have chosen it yourself.
Be in charge, be in the moment .. in stillness .. and be love.” (Juliet Joan)
April’s story
April is a very special month for me. April, as in “Spring month” offers openings, new beginnings, laughter, light.
In April 1986 my mother passed to the Spirit world and that occurrence brought the realization, that there is so much more to life than can be seen with our physical eyes. The world seemed a different place and it was through my grief, that I realized the world would never be the same again. It was then I decided to find out what it was, that was “happening behind the scenes”, so to say.
A period of many different studies started, all with but one goal, finding out who I am, what life is all about and position myself in the turmoil called life.
In April 2008 my father made his transition to the Spirit world during my first stay at the Arthur Findlay College. Another heartbreaking, shattering period in my life, during which I was allowed to witness the love and guidance of his loved ones, coming to guide him to the Light.
These and many other moments made me realize the importance of being able to find the stillness within, to meditate in order to focus, make choices and and go on living my life .. to embrace my mediumship in fact.

Meditation
Breathing White Eagle (From the Book: Spiritual Unfoldment)
Breathe in correctly, not in the upper part of the lungs only, but filling them and feel the air going all the way down to your belly. Breathing correctly is essential when starting to meditate.
Breathe in without making hard work of it.
Breathe quietly and evenly. If there is any stress in breathing it is no good. Do not make yourself feel as if you are going to burst.
When you breathe in, feel that you are breathing in God’s life.
When you breathe out, breathe out a blessing on humanity.
Do not do this exercise with the idea of benefitting yourself, but always with that loving sense of breathing in the life of Mother-Father God.
Breathe out in love. (You will find out that it becomes absolutely natural to think of the Great Spirit rather than yourself).
Breathe in harmoniously with one long breath.
Breathe out again to bless humanity
With love,
Juliet Joan
