South Korea - 8

Today we went into the moutains in search of the Buyeondong Honey village, because I simply love honey and buy it where ever I am in the world. Sounds interesting, doesn't it? Well, it was. The road was through a wonderful region with bends of 180-270 degrees. Fortunately the roads were dry. We were surprised when we found the Honey village. Actually it was just one house with the bulding where honey is being sold. The owner and his wife were not present but fortunately their son and daughter were. It seems that they have a small scaled ecological project, where they work with Korean bees. They have even won some prizes with their honey. The son gave us some information on the produce. The Korean bees have to be protected from the bigger, more aggressive European ones. Their place is about 1200 metres above sea level. The honey is delicious.

Yesterday and today it was misty which affected the weather, of course. Temperature around the hotel reached about 16 degrees C. It is very interesting to see how the wind changes around here. For your information I have copied the weather information for today and tomorrow. Special attention for the wind please!!
