No time for blogposts yesterday.
Hubby had the day off so we decided to go to the mountains in the North, the Odeasan mountains, to find out if it's cooler. Cooler .. no way, the airco in the car works perfectly, though.
In a garden we saw peppers being dried in the sun .. I thought it was an interesting view and so familiar.
The scenery is beautiful, South Korea's nature is gorgeous. Between the mountains are valleys, of course, with rivers meandering and this time of the year people enjoying themselves in the coolness.
Today I received an article by CNN with a gallery of "the 40 most beautiful places in South Korea". I hope to see at least one of them before we go back home.

Yesterday evening I went to the spa, again!!! Speaking of developing addictions ...
I was all by myself in the room with the massage jets, when a mother comes walking in with her baby. She looked so very tired and worn out, my hear went out to her.
There she goes, with the baby in her arms (remember the spa is strictly divided in a female and a male part .. thank heavens for that). Very careful she lets the baby get used to the warm water and wades with him in her arms trying to enjoy the jets. Well, I asked if I should hold the baby for her and she says "예 감사합니다" (which means "yes, thank you").
I took the little one in my arms and she showed me, that he has pimples all over his skin, that need to be wet all the time. (I believe the little one has the measles). The water here in the hotel is said to have medical qualities (see one of my former blogs on South Korea), especially for all kinds of skin conditions. I can hear you think, "OMG, not hygienic". I can only tell you, that with this little miracle in my arms, watching the mother's face relax in the most furious of jets, made my heart swell. The water in the spa is refreshed continuously and after I have finished this blog, guess where I am going .. :0))
