Although I have loved colours and their influence upon me for as long as I can remember I am still amazed about their effect.
There are so many approaches possible when implementing colour in your life.
You can use them for healing, for upliftment to yourself or someone else ..
Colours are rays of light and as such are present always. Being part of the encompassing white light makes it possible to "play" with the various shades on the screen of your imagination.
Whenever you feel gloomy, sad, alone or have the feeling that darkness is upon you I would advise you to find your stillness and reach out with your being and sense that tiny sprinkle of light that is there ALWAYS. You could then try and feel what shade it is you need .. or just let it be just as it is.
