Music and beauty all around

Today my day was filled with music.
It started early this morning and I have listened to and shared and sung as I have not done in a long time.
What a joy to feel happy.

This seems like a good moment to introduce to you the rose called Juliet, photographed in the botanical gardens on Vancouver island in 2010

My little angel card says "abundance" and  oh yes ... There is an overflow of love and light. It was really one of those days you don't really want to end.

Have you ever wondered what the ingredients are to really and truly feel that abundance?
Thinking about it my answer would be (not necessarily in that order, mind you!!)

1. a good night's sleep.
2. lovely weather.
3. good health.
4. good company.
5. appreciating your Self.
6. physical movement.
7. a goal in life.
8 ....

I can go on forever, but as I am striving for a repetition I think I am going to bed and look forward to  another one of these days.
